TheraSpecs Quinn Migraine Relief Glasses for Light Sensitivity & Blue Light Protection - Perfect for Computer Work, Reading & Indoor Use

I've been eyeballing FL-41 Glasses in general for YEARS. I've had migraines since I was 10 years old, and I'm at the stage where I'm willing to try just about anything, but I'm on a limited budget.I figured that if they didn't work, TheraSpecs has a pretty good return policy so no harm done.I thought people were exaggerating when they said they felt instant relief, but now I know better. They definitely took a couple days to get used to, but I can not imagine not having them.Even though I got the indoor tint, going outside in the sun doesn't hurt my eyes anymore. I was expecting a significantly noticeable colored tint when wearing them, but everything looks pretty normal, just less painful!I am so glad that I finally caved and bought them, my general quality of life has improved SO MUCH.I’ve had these glasses for nearly a year, and they have helped me more than any other blue light blocking glasses I have tried. I use them every day. I am on the computer all day for work, and these have helped so much with eye pain and especially my migraines, where the first symptom for me is light sensitivity. I have also gotten in the habit of wearing these while watchng tv, and it really has helped head off headaches & migraines or at the very least decrease the intensity. I am very thankful to have found a drug-free mechanism that actually helps me cope with my migraines.I've owned these for 4.5 months now, after originally buying a least expensive pair from a different brand and immediately returned them. You really do get what you pay for and I should have bought these first. What a difference they've made with my light sensitivity with my migraines. I have avoided big box stores for years now, I haven't been in a mall in 11 years, because the lights made me feel so weird, like I could fall over. Over the last few years, that weirdness turned into weirdness and an immediate migraine. I now bring these with me to stores and put them on before going in them and I'm perfectly fine now. Don't drive with them on, because you won't see the street lights properly. I wear these at home too. Certain lights, like the ones in my dining room are just horrible. I'll put them on to prevent and to help treat my migraines. I was a little unsure about how I'd look in them. Usually u wouldn't wear this shape of glasses, but they looked most like my style out of all the options. Turns out I really like the way they look and I'd totally buy another pair like this. I recommend to everyone.Unfortunately, the plastic of the lenses has some sort of distortion to it. I cannot see as well with these on as I normally can. But, as my sister reminded me, "You can't READ when you have a migraine!"... True! So, it boils down to making a choice of blocking light for migraine prevention. They definitely help cut down on whatever light triggers photosensitivity & aggitates migraines, so I wear them ALL the time when I watch TV or am on my computer. When I read, I put them over my prescription lenses. I might have to splurge on getting a pair with prescription lenses. But, it seems that for $120, the plastic shouldn't be distorted! I'm bummed, but also pretty thankful.Helped reduce the effect's of migranesIf you are dizzy or experienced vertigo these are the only glasses for you. They also help me when I work on my computer for hours with blue light protection ?These are a life saver for anyone with Photophobia or migraines. These glasses allowed me to function and live every day with very bad light sensitivity. They are worth every dime! Give them a try you'll be glad you did!Stylish glasses that really help with light triggered headaches and eye strain!I tried a lot of different glasses for my photophobia and screen sensitivity, but these ones work wonderfully! They are great at reducing migraines and eye pain when using a computer or under fluorescent lights. Over about a year, I was able to transition to light yellow lenses with a +.5 (relaxes the eye), but these are still in my purse every single day in case I have a migraine or flair up! I love them! Thank you!!! They look alright too :)The glasses do cut down on the glare, but for the material and workmanship, it is not worth its value. There is distortion when you see through these glasses. If they had better workmanship, I would consider ordering the prescription ones from the company directly.
