I started my seedlings in my sunroom, and used this to help insulate the trays. It worked great! Now I'm starting to harden off my seedlings, and use it on my greenhouse shelf when the weather drops. I have a portable thermometer inside the greenhouse, and the cover helps keep the inside both moist and warm. I was skeptical at first because of how sheer it was, but it works! I haven't tried it for a true frost yet, but with the results its shown so far, I don't think I'll have an issue.
