Cleaning instructions: Be certain the electric current is turned off before cleaning. Clean metal components with a soft cloth moistened with a mild liquid soap solution. Wipe clean and buff with a very soft dry cloth.

Very pretty but 2 of the lights came broken .Well made and exactly as described. I did YouTube how to change out a chandelier- well worth it (tutorial on wire configuration). Aside from needing 2 people, we completed in under a hour. Very pleased.In order for the 5 support screws to fit into the top dividing piece, the 5 metal arms have to be perfectly aligned with equal spacing - very hard to do! . Being off by a little bit could prevent the screws from going in properly and prevent the arms from holding. I had to use a metal epoxy at several joints for added structural support. Use of longer screws and a guide pattern to properly align the arms would have been useful.Be aware that you need to put absolutely everything together. Each decorative arm is separate and needs to be assembled and adjusted. You'll need two people to hook it in as it's actually pretty heavy. It is a lot bigger than expected, but we made it work for us (hung without chain). It's a very dark brown color with no distressing. The bulbs are very frosted and yellowish. Overall we're happy with it. :)It adds a great deal of classy beauty to our dinning room.Looks great. Easy to put together. However, I wish it was easier to line up the parts and space the lights equidistant from one another. Unfortunately, you have to guess/eye ball it or measure and keep adjusting. We used the light in a 2nd story entry foyer and put 20 year LED soft white bulbs in it. My wife is very happy with the end result. Packaging for this product is a little questionable. I'm very surprised none of the glass was broken. Overall nice product that I would buy again.Product was installed, removed, and electrical cord cut. It was missing two decorative nuts and one of the glass globes was broke. Trying to get a a replacement globe from the manuafacturer and going to see if I can rewire the light cord so I don't have a splice along the chain. Come on Amazon, if it's like new than none of these items would be an issue.The chandelier was easy to assemble, and looks beautiful over my dining room table. I did have to purchase a longer screw for the bracket, but that might be just my ceilng. It lights up the room so nicely. I would recommend it to others.
