Aloha! This does fit my needs in an outdoor area to cover my electrical cords. However the wood is REALLY cheap looking (balsa-type) wood.The grains became visible when I put 'Old English' dark furniture oil on it. Otherwise it would not look good at all due to the mfr's sanding turning the wood to a very pale looking color. This is NOT worth the $50.00 that I paid. Seems all products have an artificial inflated worth these days....especially those coming from CHINA. Think before you buy this product. Keoni
